George in Houston.

George holds a special place in my heart. I grew up going to George with Amy and now my handsome hubs and I go to see him whenever the opportunity presents itself. Well, this past weekend I had the pleasure of seeing George in Houston with my best friend and my darling husband. WHAT A TREAT~ The big G.

It was absolutely delightful to spend a few days with Samantha and Amy. Amy and I have been best friends since junior high, and it is so great to see our girls spend time together. They could not be more opposite ends of the spectrum from a looks stand point, but they are two peas in a personality pod. They spent loads of time playing, squeeling and being girly. Running in Houston.

I just came back from an hour and twenty minute run around my parents neighborhood.  I feel as if I just ran the equivalent of four hours in California.  But, my skin feels like I just came back from a spa visit.

Ok, dear readers...we will be in Houston this weekend...yes, THIS WEEKEND.....can any of you meet at La Madeline in The Woodlands for breakfast on Sunday, August 9 around 10am? I would love to see everyone, but there is only so much time. Since our Houston trips are so infrequent, I think this may be the best way....let me know if anyone is in.....Houston Peeps!

Do you ever feel like you are taking crazy pills?

One of my dearest friends used to say, "Am I taking crazy pills or something?" When overly dumbfounded, wierd things were happening. It seems like lately I am the one taking crazy pills. Everything around me is wierd. I am going N-U-T-S!!!!!
