Wedding Survey
1.What month & year were you married?
August 2006
2.How did he ask you?
Sunset at Turtle Bay on the North Shore of Hawaii....in the rocks with the waves crashing....couldn't have been more romantic...yes I'm that lucky ;)
3.Where did you honeymoon?
Napa
4.Can you still fit in your dress?
No...I am too small now ;) Wow, that feels good!
5.What was the worst gift you got?
Everything was wonderful and thoughtful....what an awful question!

Three: Marble cake with buttercream filling, white cake with strawberry filling and MY FAVORITE, white cake with lemon chiffon filling!

Not even close...but RT was ;)

Yes, and I love remebering how wonderful and special everything about it was!

My hairdresser did the WORST up do....my bridesmaids took me to Sally's Beauty Supply and while getting stuff to fix my hair the AWFUL updo started to fall out!!!!

A bridal shower/luncheon and a lingere shower...SUPER FUN!

Yes, all tears of joy!

Heart Shaped Bottle Openers (AB Shout out) and Ghiradelli Squares (LOVE the Bay Area)

We were having too much fun.....lost track of time and didn't do that!

Monsignor Petersen....the BEST

This is tacky....let's just say it was a lot.

Gia the Adorable....
I love my kid....I know, I know, no surprise there, but I do. I absolutely adore every stinking' thing about her. Ralph spent the weekend with the boys in Newport and Gia and I had a girl's weekend....what fun! We had a Cuban party on Saturday and a photo shoot on Sunday....we are very glad daddy is home, but had fun....jut the girls.

the end to a great weekend....
This weekend was one of those that you just bask in the joy of it all. Nothing terribly exciting happened, it was just full of many moments that makes me Thank the good Lord above that I am Gia's mom and Ralph's wife.
Friday, I had a late meeting in the OC, so I came home to my man and my girl at the pool. Actually, they had finished swimming and GG was laying on Ralph's tummy on a lounge. SO STINKIN' cute. We proceeded to make tacos and eat frozen yogurt. It was great fun.
Saturday morning, I made tortillas. Lot's of fun, but I think in the future I need to resist my desire to be healthy and just use the lard. For all of the work, they just weren't that good. Then GG and I took a nap (thank you Ralph!) and we ran errands all afternoon. While gone for a VERY long time, I don't really think that we got that much accopmplished.
Sunday morning was mass and then Ralph and Gia took a nap and I went grocery shopping. MY FAVORITE! Ralph and I had some very yummy cuban sandwiches for lunch and the weekend was brought to a close with a wonderful family bike ride.
That's all. Now I am back in the swing of things. Refreshed from spending time with my favorite people in the world!

Cell Phone Vs. Bible
My sister in law sent this to me, and I really think it has some valuable truths!
CELL PHONE vs. BIBLE
I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone?
What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we flipped through it several time a day?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to Kids as gifts?
What if we used it when we traveled?
What if we used it in case of emergency?
This is something to make you go....hmm...where is my Bible?
Oh, and one more thing. ...Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry About our Bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill.
Makes you stop and think 'where are my priorities?
And no dropped calls!

Ralph, COME HOME!!!!
Ralph has been gone since Monday. Away on business. First to Dallas then Vegas. He's enjoying the high life....nice hotels, huge fantastic company dinners, full nights of sleep.....the pre baby life! Now, don't get me wrong, this gal loves some alone time. Control of the remote. Control of the light....I can read as late as I want to. 100% hugs from the little one. It is all great! But I am ready to have my hubs back. I miss him. His smell, his hugs, his kisses...the way he holds Gia, the way she looks at him.....luckily, he comes home today!
