Prior to finding out that we would be moving to the Sacramento area, I was running about 35-40 miles a week....which slowed down to about 20-25 miles a week once we were packing and such. THEN, my running program fell off the planet. NONE for nearly two months. Some gals at my new office asked me to run a leg of the California International Marathon on 12/7. This weekend I decided it was time to get back on the running train. I did pretty well...three miles on Saturday and four and a half on Sunday....today I CAN BARELY MOVE. I feel like a ninety year old woman....OUCH!!!!
On a much lighter note...how precious is my nephew!!!!
